ARTIST OF THE MONTH - “BEST OF SHOW”
WINNING ARTIST WILL BE AWARDED ONE MONTH OF FREE ADVERTISING ON SACRAMENTOART.COM’S “ARTIST OF THE MONTH” PAGE.

Rules: APPLICATION DEADLINE IS THE 15TH DAY OF EACH MONTH FOR THE NEXT MONTHS SHOW.
Fill out the APPLICATION  Submit a $15.00 administrative processing/jury fee per entry then when we receive your payment, we will send you an email from our office requesting: Up to 3 pictures of your artwork and your Artist Picture- a HEAD SHOT please.
Please reply to the email and attach the image files AND BE SURE TO PUT YOUR NAME and CONTACT INFORMATION IN YOUR EMAIL.
If your art is chosen as our “Best of Show” we will contact you via email with the announcement and with further instructions/information. All other entrants will NOT be notified. Please check the Artist of the Month page to see the winner.
ONE “BEST OF SHOW” ARTIST WILL BE CHOSEN PER MONTH. “BEST OF SHOW” WINNING ARTIST WILL RECEIVE ONE MONTH FREE ADVERTISING ON SACRAMENTOART.COM’S “ARTIST OF THE MONTH” PAGE. AD DESIGN BY SACRAMENTOART.COM.
Image formats: Applicant may submit up to three (3) digital images of your art work in .jpg file format only. Only electronic email submission of images will be accepted. Images can be no larger than 4x6 at 150 dpi (or standard files off a digital camera are OK). Artist Picture size: prefer 2x3 at 150 dpi but we will accept up to 4x6 standard digital shot.
BIO Format: Type your SHORT BIO (up to 600 characters including spaces & punctuation) to be displayed online if you are chosen on the online form.
APPLICATIONS WITHOUT PAYMENT IN FULL ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE AND WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. NO REFUNDS. ONE ENTRY PER MONTH PER ARTIST. APPLICANT MAY NOT SUBMIT THE ARTWORK OF ANOTHER PERSON. Only artists submitting their own work are eligible. OPEN TO U.S.A. ARTIST’S ONLY.
We process applications during our regular business hours. See our Information/About Us section for our hours. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO EDIT YOUR SUBMITTED MATERIAL. SACRAMENTOART.COM MAY REQUEST ADDITIONAL INFORMATION/MATERIAL FROM THE CHOSEN “BEST OF SHOW” APPLICANT IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE AD. APPLICANT AGREES TO SUPPLY SPECIFIED INFORMATION/MATERIAL WITHIN THE ALLOTTED TIMEFRAME GIVEN. IF APPLICANT DOES NOT RESPOND, OR FAILS TO PROVIDE NEEDED INFORMATION AND/OR MATERIALS WITHIN THE ALLOTTED TIMEFRAME, SACRAMENTOART.COM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AWARD THE “BEST OF SHOW” AWARD TO ANOTHER APPLICANT.  ALL DECISIONS BY SACRAMENTOART.COM ARE FINAL.
IN THE EVENT THAT THERE ARE NO APPLICATIONS FOR A GIVEN SHOW, SACRAMENTOART.COM MAY CHOOSE TO ADVERTISE ANY ARTIST PRESENTLY ADVERTISING ON THE SITE.
MATERIALS THAT ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE SITE. Anything pertaining to Nudity, adult material, tattoo’s, body painting, profanity, pornography, sexually implied and/or explicit, deviant, demonic, sadistic,or satanic, drug, narcotic, fraudulent, terrorist or anti-American related material is prohibited. PLEASE READ OUR USERS AGREEMENT and comply with all terms of use of the site. Sacramentoart.com reserves the right to solely determine if an item is suitable for the site. No item will be placed online without pre-approval by Sacramentoart.com. Sacramentoart.com reserves the right to refuse or accept ANY APPLICATION for THE show. Sacramentoart.com IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR MISDIRECTED EMAILS OR FILES SUBMITTED BY THE APPLICANT. JUDGING FOR THE ARTIST OF THE MONTH IS CONDUCTED BY SACRAMENTOART.COM AND ALL DECISIONS ARE FINAL.
