REFUND POLICY SacramentoArt.com- Acrey Art (form SA-56)
Since most of our products are custom ordered and are print-on-demand, there are no refunds and all sales are final. We do offer a
24-hour Guarantee on non-custom orders. Please see our users agreement for complete details... see section#7

24-hour Guarantee on non-custom orders:
7. A. SACRAMENTOART.COM wants users to
have a satisfying buying experience. With the exception of custom orders, to
guarantee the buyer’s satisfaction with SACRAMENTOART.COM’s policy, the buyer
may receive a refund of the purchase price less a 15% re-stocking fee, if he or
she is not satisfied with the product and notifies SACRAMENTOART.COM within
24 hours of receipt of the item. Notification must be provided to
SACRAMENTOART.COM by completing a claim form accessible by emailing a request
for the Refund Form to: office@SACRAMENTOART.COM.
7. B. Buyer and Seller Acrey Art agree to
the terms and conditions of SACRAMENTOART.COM’s 24-hour Guarantee on non-custom
orders. If the Buyer is not satisfied with the order and notifies Sacramentoart.com within the allotted
24 hour time frame, Seller Acrey Art agrees to accept the return and
the buyer is charged a 15% restocking fee. Buyer assumes responsibility for the
return shipping charges. No response
on behalf of the buyer to SACRAMENTOART.COM within the 24-hour
time limit constitutes a received
and accepted acknowledgement by the buyer. AFTER
WHICH, NO RETURNS, ETC., REFUNDS OR CREDITS TO CREDIT CARD COMPANIES WILL BE
ISSUED by SACRAMENTOART.COM AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL. SACRAMENTOART.COM
reserves the right to make final determination as to the validity and
disposition of a claim requested under this Guarantee policy.
7. C. Custom Orders are not refundable
unless otherwise stated in writing in the product description by the
Seller-Acrey Art. After The 24-hour Guarantee on non-custom Orders. Buyer is
to contact Seller Acrey Art directly for any returns; warranties implied or
expressed; and/or exchanges if offered." |
Damaged or Defective Product
If by chance you should receive a damaged or defective product, Acrey Art will exchange the defective product free of charge within thirty days of purchase. Before returning a damaged or defective product, you must first contact us by phone at 916-685-1312 or by send an e-mail or letter via regular mail stating the problem with the product in order to obtain an exchange return number. Product that is returned without an exchange return number enclosed will not be replaced under any circumstances. After issuing you an exchange return number, we will promptly exchange your damaged product.
Shipping Damage
On orders where you paid for shipping: if your product is damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping carrier for required procedures. Since we have no control of the product once it is shipped we encourage you to obtain shipping insurance. We are not responsible for shipping damaged on your orders if you do not purchase shipping insurance.
If we provide FREE shipping: if your product is damaged during shipping, we will replace the damaged item or refund you purchase price with the decision being at our sole discretion. You must first ontact us by phone at 916-685-1312 or send an e-mail or letter via regular mail stating the problem with the shipping/product in order to obtain an exchange return number. Product that is returned without an exchange return number enclosed will not be replaced under any circumstances. After issuing you an exchange return number, we will promptly exchange your damaged product.
